The Creighton Model FertilityCare System provides a standardized method for observing and charting biological markers associated with fertility and reproductive health. Information obtained through charting may help a woman better understand her cycle and may provide useful information for appropriately trained healthcare professionals when evaluating reproductive or gynecological concerns.

NaProTECHNOLOGY is a medical approach that may utilize information obtained through Creighton Model charting. Medical evaluation, diagnosis, laboratory testing, medication management, surgical treatment, and other medical services associated with NaProTECHNOLOGY must be provided by appropriately qualified healthcare professionals.

Wonderfully Made FertilityCare does not independently diagnose conditions such as infertility, PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid disorders, hormonal deficiencies, ovulatory disorders, or other medical conditions.
